Red Wine Vinegar

New Zealand has some of the best grapes and wines in the world, so it stands to reason that some of those stand-outs should find their way into a premium New Zealand wine vinegar. This is it.

Ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar

Allergens: Sulphites (naturally occurring in grapes)

6% Acidity. 250mls.

Easy Red Wine Vinaigrette

1 Part  TasteMaker Red Wine Vinegar

2 Parts  Good quality olive oil

Combine and shake. That’s it.

A dressing made from olives and grapes with no nasty additives.

Keep refrigerated and shake before use.

Why make your own dressings? No added thickeners, stabilisers,  or synthetic acids. Just healthy, great taste, naturally.

 

 

TasteMaker Chocolate Vinegar

250ml TasteMaker Red Wine Vinegar

120g sugar 

50g grated dark cooking chocolate

Heat the vinegar in a frypan and stir in the sugar until dissolve. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the chocolate until dissolved, then remove from the heat and pour into a lidded jar.

Great over fruit.
