Easy Vinaigrette

 

1 Part  TasteMaker Fig Balsamic Vinegar

2 Parts  Good quality olive oil

Combine and shake. That’s it.

A dressing made from olives, figs and grapes with no nasty additives.

Keep refrigerated and shake before use.

Why make your own dressings? No added thickeners, stabilisers,  or synthetic acids. Just healthy, great taste, naturally.

 

 

TasteMaker Yummy Mushrooms

Large mushrooms

Feta

Olive oil

TasteMaker Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Remove stalks from mushrooms. Top mushrooms with  cubed feta, then drizzle with olive oil & 1/2 teaspoon of TasteMaker Fig Balsamic Vinegar.

Cook in 190 deg C oven for approximately 10 minutes.

˝ cup TasteMaker Fig Balsamic Vinegar

˝ cup olive oil

Variety of vegetables for roasting

Quarter all the vegetables, stir to coat with the vinegar and oil, and roast at 200°C for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
